Since joining I-Solutions in 2019, Ted has played a critical role in field coordination, scheduling and team management. Now serving as Director of Field Operations, Ted will oversee all aspects of field execution to ensure consistent performance across teams, job sites and project scopes. His extensive hands-on experience and strong leadership skills will continue to enhance project efficiency and ensure on-time delivery, elevating service consistency across the organization.
David Maxon Named Director of Concrete Operations
With 27 years of industry expertise, David Maxon has made a significant impact since joining Infrastructure Solutions in 2023. As Director of Concrete Operations, David leads all concrete-related initiatives, applying his experience in large-scale commercial and municipal projects. His focus on planning, budgeting and team leadership ensures I-Solutions continues to deliver durable, high-quality results on every project.
Justin Green Promoted to Director of Concrete Strategy and Estimating
Since joining the company in 2023, Justin Green has enhanced I-Solutions’ concrete planning and estimating processes with his 17 years of experience in cast-in-place concrete. As Director of Concrete Strategy and Estimating, Justin brings a strategic mindset to the front end of every project, leading with a focus on value, quality and execution. His extensive understanding of diverse project types strengthens I-Solutions’ ability to deliver predictable outcomes and long-term value to clients.
