2021 Stormwater Pipe Repair East

This project included the removal and replacement of approximately 2,200 linear feet of underground piping ranging in size from 15” pipe to 60” pipe.

This project included the removal and replacement of approximately 2,200 linear feet of underground piping ranging in size from 15” pipe to 60” pipe. The in-place lining includes up to approximately 5,200 linear feet of storm sewer pipe ranging in size from 12” to 30”., and removal and replacement of twenty three (23) storm structures (inlets, junction boxes, etc.) and associated site repairs.


The repairs were made at thirty-five (35) separate locations within the city. Construction also included surface restoration (concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete inlet tops, street repair, sod, and other items).


Infrastructure Solutions complied with all applicable road closure requirements and provided required barriers, guards, signs, and flaggers, throughout the project to ensure all state and local traffic control requirements were followed.


Public safety requirements were strictly enforced and additional safety measures were taken as needed during construction.


Each road closure was planned in advanced with fire chief, county sheriff, and other government officials a minimum of 7 days in advance.
